Katherine Marr is the Compliance and Human Resources Specialist.  Prior to joining Behavioral Consultants, Inc (BCI), Katherine served 25 years as a United States Army Medical Service Corps officer, specializing in medical operations and training.  She is still active in the Army Reserves where she serves as Commander of the 2nd Medical Training Brigade based out of Utah, California, and Texas.

Katherine’s education includes the following:

⦁    University of Scranton, Master of Healthcare Administration (2020)
⦁    U.S. Army Senior Service College, Master of Strategic Studies (2021)

 

She also holds Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Level I and II certificates for Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA).
